**Role Overview**:
Natural Cure Labs is seeking a data-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to drive organic and paid growth across multiple channels. This role is adecuado for someone who can execute across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplaces, optimizing ad spend, website conversions, influencer marketing, and customer retention. You will be responsible for scaling Natural Cure Labs’ brand awareness, revenue, and customer engagement while ensuring all marketing efforts are compliant with FDA & FTC regulations.

This is a high-impact, full-stack marketing role where you will work directly with the CEO, own marketing strategy and execution, and play a critical role in the company’s next phase of growth.

**Primary Role Objectives**:





- **Grow Revenue**- increase average order value and customer lifetime value across all platforms, focused mainly on Shopify
- **Grow Customer Base** - increase the number of new and returning customers through improved brand awareness and paid and organic search
- **Reduce Costs** - more efficient ads, organic (SEO) traffic, more efficient marketing mix, little reliance on discounts, etc.

**Success Scorecard for the role**:

- **Shopify Revenue** - Improve website UX, SEO, Shopify apps, conversion rate, landing pages, AOV, and active subscriptions (Loop subscriptions).
- **Advertising Performance** - Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads to maximize ROI and revenue.
- **Marketplace Performance** - Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop product listings and associated ads.
- **Brand Identity** - Build and standardize creative assets, messaging, and tone of voice for our Ideal Customer Persona.
- **Customer Journey** - Improve product and brand discovery, consideration, conversion, and retention strategies.
- **Influencer & Affiliate Marketing** - Recruit, engage, and enable influencers & affiliates to create compliant content for the brand.
- **Compliance** - Follow FDA & FTC guidelines in all marketing communications.

**Regular Role Activities**:
**1. Paid Advertising & Growth (30%)**
- Create and manage Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Test new ad creatives (video and image bsed) and landing pages to maximize engagement & conversion.




- Analyze ad performance and optimize budget allocation across channels.

**2. Shopify Website & Conversion Optimization (25%)**
- Improve Shopify site structure, speed, and UX.
- Develop and optimize landing pages, product pages, and funnels.
- Enhance reviews, loyalty & referral programs to boost retention and AOV.

**3. Marketplace Optimization (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) (20%)**
- Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions for better conversions.
- Manage marketplace ads & promotions to drive sales growth.
- Expand into new marketplaces (Shein, Kroger, Fullscript).

**4. Content & Brand Strategy (15%)**
- Standardize brand identity, messaging, and creative assets.
- Generate blog content (using AI tools), SEO (ALT tags, H1 text), and educational content (newsletters).

**5. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing (10%)**
- Attract, enable, and analyze performance of affiliates & influencers.
- Ensure all affiliate content is compliant with FDA & FTC regulations.

- Ad Management: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads
- Creative & Branding: Canva (ad creation, newsletter creatives, etc)
- Shopify Website + Shopify Apps: Website optimization, blog writing, SEO, funnels, product pages, up-sell tools, etc.
- Social Media: Competitor analysis, social engagement, light social media management
- Marketplaces: Shein, Walmart, Kroger, Fullscript, TikTok Shop
