Wet Area Manager – SAN0147 at WorleyJob SummaryProvides direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations for a section of a total project with package value in the range of USD100-500 million. Defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Plans, organizes, manages, and controls projects following established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley. Supervisions project personnel through subordinate leaders. Project managers exhibit leadership skills necessary to achieve project goals.ResponsibilitiesMakes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing a project.Collaborates across the project to ensure not only their section but also contributes to the successful delivery of the overall project.Harbors broad knowledge of the functional area and applies it to lead organizational project change effectively.Derives solutions from interpreted and applied general information and consultation with other individuals.Reports to the overall Project Director, works collaboratively across the project, assigns project work, and gives technical guidance to people working on medium to large projects.Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy.May have direct and indirect reports and authority for performance evaluations, impacting pay. Makes recommendations concerning selection, training,



rating and discipline of people.RequirementsProfessional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Program Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).15+ years of experience, including 12+ years of relevant supervisory, project management and/or technical experience; Workshare experience; E, EP Project experience.Demonstrated PM experience leading medium and large projects with medium and high risk elements; EPCM, EPC including site assignments; multi-cultural / multi-national environments.Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to the field. Ability to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
