Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL Group business units worldwide. This portfolio covers an area of more than 30 million m² and is managed by around 1,700 dedicated real estate experts worldwide. In the Americas region, we offer services along the property lifecycle: Commercial, Construction, and Facility Management for all DHL Group properties in a sustainable way.

Job Purpose

Prior knowledge of technical and administrative skills is required, such as searching for premises,



evaluating legal documentation for contracts, and knowledge of building and zoning licenses.

Develop and manage administrative activities and lease negotiations for PAC (Perú, Chile, Argentina) Express RE portfolio, meeting compliance requirements and supporting leadership in the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.

It is essential to demonstrate excellent communication skills, risk assessment, organization, and planning. Great collaborative work skills, drive to work in a team, and a proactive attitude are expected. Knowledge of managing time, resources, and internal/external work teams is of utmost importance for achieving objectives.

Your Tasks
- Administer and support development of plans and processes to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio
- Provide input towards portfolio planning to deliver the best mix of properties in line with business strategy, objectives, corporate guidelines and policies,
