An international company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Office Administrator to join a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support for onsite office activities and internal coordination.
- Assist with visitor arrangements, access management, and general workplace logistics.
- Coordinate office-related requests and follow-up with external vendors or building services.
- Support procurement activities and day-to-day workplace supply management.
- Assist in the organization of meetings, onsite events, and team activities.
- Support onboarding-related administrative processes for new team members.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide general administrative assistance across multiple business areas.
- Perform other duties aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
Requirements:
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (mandatory).
- Technical higher education studies.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with Microsoft tools and Outlook is a plus.
- Comfortable working with AI tools.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Position Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday. Schedule Office.
- Contract: 3 months.
