**The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking a **Key Account Representative**

**What Your Impact Will Be**
- Development of a business plan involving portfolio building by brand/item on a monthly/annual basis to comply with the launches and strategy at brand and category level defined for LATAM.
- Monthly and annual client billing planning.
- Planning of commercial calendar and space deals in season and off season.
- Will be responsible for the client's GS, POS and profitability margin target.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in Retail/Mass Consumption Sales with more than 3 years in the commercial area, with high negotiation and leadership skills;
- Ability to structure and develop business, with strategic thinking and high analytical skills.
- Advanced English Level
- Management of Excel
- Strong communication skills
