Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health.* **Productivity tools**: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.# **Job Description:**Supervisor OOCC (Obras Civiles / Obra Gruesa)Objetivo: Asegurar la ejecución estructural y normativa de OOCC, materializando Planos IFC/EETT y programación en frentes seguros, controlados y trazables, cumpliendo seguridad, calidad, plazos y costos.• Seguridad (SST): liderazgo preventivo diario (controles, permisos, condiciones habilitantes, charlas), coordinación con PR y cumplimiento DS 44, Ley 16.744 y DS 594.• Calidad: QA/QC con PIT, control de tolerancias, ensayos y evidencias; liberaciones, gestión de NCR y acciones correctivas/preventivas (enfoque compatible con ISO 9001).• Plazos: conducción de producción con ruta crítica, Lookahead y gestión de restricciones; coordinación de interfaces con Arquitectura/MEP/especialidades para continuidad sin retrabajos.• Costos: control de consumos y rendimientos (HH/unidad, m3/día, m2/día), cubicaciones/metrados; alertas tempranas y control de cambios para proteger márgenes y EP.• Subcontratos/Contrato: coordinación y exigencia de estándares SST-calidad-productividad; validación de avances para EP, gestión de RFI/submittals y respaldo para órdenes de cambio.• Trazabilidad/Entregables: reportes diarios-semanales (avance, productividad, restricciones, riesgos), soporte a comités y cierre documental (protocolos, checklists, fotos, as-built).**Seize the challenge.
