Job Overview

We are seeking a Jefe/a de Recepción y Habitaciones for an important hotel located in Vitacura, Reg. Metropolitana. The candidate will lead reception and support rooms, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operation of reception and support rooms management
- Ensure compliance with service standards and internal procedures
- Oversee check‑in, check‑out and guest services
- Control billing, monthly closings and administrative processes
- Manage operational requests, complaints and situations
- Coordinate communication between hotel departments
- Supervise room and common area presentation
- Train and monitor team performance
- Identify opportunities for operational and guest experience improvements

Requirements

- Studies in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism or related field
- At least 3 years in reception
- Experience in rooms or thorough understanding of the area
- Advanced level in Opera software (mandatory)
- Advanced English, oral and written (mandatory)
- Billing knowledge
- Availability for versátil schedule

Working hours: 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.
