2 x Part‑time Posts (34.5 hrs and 23 hrs)

We have exciting opportunities for two part‑time Health Care Support Workers to join the inpatient ward at the Badenoch and Strathspey Community Hospital in Aviemore. You will work as part of a team caring for patients mainly from the community. This GP acute inpatient area provides care and rehabilitation for a wide range of patients and deals with complex patient journeys that make every day different.

Hours & Pay

- Effective from 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rated basis and there will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
