Community Manager

Location: Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile

Company: Queritel is a data collection and analytics company helping food and beverage and CPG brands gather product and consumer analytics data across Latin America and the Caribbean region.

About the Role

The idóneo candidate is a hard‑working team player who will play a critical role in growing our local community of people using our data collection and store management applications.

Responsibilities

- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Connect with potential users and conduct sensitization activities.
- Laise with development and sales departments
- Buid relationships with users.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community events
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI's
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver
- BSc in marketing or relevant field
