Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health.* **Productivity tools**: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.# **Job Description:**### **Coordinador BIM (Obras Subterráneas)****Objetivo del puesto*** Asegurar la correcta implementación y control de la metodología BIM en proyectos subterráneos, garantizando la coordinación entre disciplinas y la calidad de los modelos digitales, para optimizar la construcción, reducir riesgos y apoyar la toma de decisiones.### **Principales funciones*** Coordinar e integrar modelos BIM entre distintas especialidades (estructura, geotecnia, instalaciones).* Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos y normativas BIM.* Gestionar la interoperabilidad entre plataformas y softwares.* Mantener modelos y planos actualizados según el avance de obra.* Detectar interferencias (clash detection) y validar compatibilidades técnicas.* Apoyar la planificación mediante simulaciones 4D y modelos digitales.* Supervisar la generación de modelos finales (*as-built*).* Capacitar a equipos técnicos en buenas prácticas BIM.* Elaborar reportes de avance e indicadores para el proyecto.### **Requisitos clave*** **Formación:** Ingeniero Civil, Arquitecto, Ingeniero Constructor o Constructor Civil.* **Experiencia:** + Mínimo 5 años en infraestructura. + Al menos 2 años en proyectos BIM complejos y multidisciplinarios.* **Herramientas:** Manejo avanzado de Revit, Navisworks, Synchro Pro y plataformas colaborativas (BIM 360 u otras).* **Deseable:** Certificación BIM y conocimientos en ISO 19650.### **Competencias*** Coordinación técnica y gestión de modelos complejos.* Control de calidad e integración de datos digitales.* Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.* Resolución de problemas y adaptabilidad a entornos de obra.**Seize the challenge.
