Overview
Position Objective: Develop, coordinate, promote, and execute commercial activities to generate new business opportunities for high-performance polyolefin resins. Additionally, maintain and increase sales with current customers by identifying and securing new opportunities that support the company’s positioning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined group of assigned customers, handling day-to-day business including order inflow, shipping and quality concerns.
- Position the product portfolio to create and close new opportunities, ensuring effective pipeline management.
- Drive growth within the assigned customer base, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Present a weekly report of activities and visits carried out.
- Keep project statuses updated, focusing on their closure and maintenance.
- Continuously prospect new clients through field visits, where applicable.
- Manage collections when necessary.
- Prepare material quotations according to the business model.
- Manage credit line requests for clients, following Ravago’s established process.





Qualifications
Academic Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related Engineering fields.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the flexibles/films segment.
- Strongly preferred: Previous experience in distribution companies. Candidates with experience in producers or converters will be considered.
- Plus: Intermediate level of English.

Professional Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in the adaptable packaging and films market is essential.
- Familiarity with sales characteristics, common industry challenges, and payment methods.
- Strong knowledge of plastics and transformation processes such as extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding.
- Experience handling polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, and PA, with the ability to recommend other plastic resins.
