Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santiago for a Country Manager. The Country Manager will oversee the company's operations within the region, develop and execute strategic plans to expand market opportunities, and ensure the overall achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, leading a local team, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and representing the organization at local industry events.



The position requires leadership, decision-making, and an ability to adapt to a dynamic international trade environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in business strategy, team leadership, and operational management
- Strong knowledge of international trade, procurement, and supply chain management
- Communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages, such as Mandarin or Swedish, are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
- Ability to work independently while managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Latin American market and regulatory landscape
