Your mission

As HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project, promoting a strong safety culture within a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities
- Implement and supervise compliance with the project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plan.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify safe working conditions and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).




- Coordinate HSE inductions, training sessions, and awareness activities for project personnel.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions, preparing reports and corrective action plans.
- Maintain updated HSE records, including statistics, incident reports, inspections, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project HSE standards and procedures.
- Participate in coordination meetings and safety committees, representing the HSE area.
- Support environmental management activities, including permits, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to safety performance and environmental practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
