Responsibilities and Job Task Description
1. Develop standard service solutions and customize them based on client requirements, including SLA definition, cost model construction and calculation, while being accountable for the rationality and competitiveness of the service solutions;
2. Support the sales team in pre-sales bidding and contract negotiations, ensuring timely responses to service proposals, and jointly bear sales performance target within the designated scope;
3. In accordance with the department's strategic plan, actively lead or participate internal capability development, including but not limited to business processes and management systems, IT systems, knowledge bases, and service resources;

Collaborate with the service project manager to explain service solutions and promptly adjust service solutions based on actual status during the implementation of the service project;
Job Qualification Requirements
1. Education/Field of Study: Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical, Energy, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
2. Knowledge/Skills:
- Understand the after-sales service business of renewable energy and have a passion for the industry;
- Possess a strong customer service mindset and cost awareness, keen market intuition, excellent communication skills, extensive cross-function collaboration experience, and proficient problem-solving abilities;
- Possess basic project management, logical thinking, systems thinking, and client negotiation skills;
- Familiar with Office Software and ERP/CRM systems;
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, with priority given to candidates with System Project service solution development experience, experience in renewable energy after-sales services, overseas work experience, and technical background along with on-site operational capabilities.
- Language: Fluent in Spanish , capable of using it as a working language for business and technical communication, and proficient in reading Spanish technical and business documents. CET-4 level in English , with basic listening and speaking skills, and able to read English technical and business documents.
