The Regional Market Manager is responsible for design and execute the strategic commercial plan for the assigned territory in accordance with the commercial plan defined in Latin America in order to increase and achieve the established sales goals, increasing customer satisfaction, growth and sustainability.

This position is part of the Export team located in Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Puerto Rico or Argentina and will be remote.

Travel around Latam is required 50% of the time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electronic Engineering, etc.
- + 5 years of experience in water analytics sales management
- +3 years leading teams
- English level C1.
- experience in consultative sales.
