Community Manager

Location: Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile

About the Role

The adecuado candidate is a hard‑working team player who will play a critical role in growing our local community of people using our data collection and store management applications.

Responsibilities

- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Connect with potential users and conduct sensitization activities.
- Laise with development and sales departments
- Buid relationships with users.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community events
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPI's
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of online marketing
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver
- BSc in marketing or relevant field
