As a Principal Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and leadership of process engineering for concentrator plant projects, actively contributing across different stages of the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of process engineering solutions, from conceptual stages through detailed design, ensuring technical quality and alignment with project objectives.Define design criteria, select processing technologies, and develop process configurations focused on operational efficiency and sustainability.Oversee and validate key discipline deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and industry best practices.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate process engineering into the overall project development.Contribute to technical and economic evaluations, supporting decision-making by considering performance, risks, and optimization opportunities.Lead and mentor the process team, fostering technical development and excellence in execution.QualificationsHold a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering.Bring 15+ years of experience in the mineral processing industry, including senior or lead engineering roles across consulting, EPCM delivery, and owner-side project execution.Background spans concentrator projects, plant design, and operational environments,
