The intern will assist with senior executive search processes, gaining practical experience in headhunting, market research, and candidate management within an international, high-caliber environment.This Opportunity is Partly Remote: the first phase is remote and the second phase is physical. Activities include mapping and searching executive profiles on LinkedIn and in energy & infrastructure databases, analyzing candidates’ resumes based on technical criteria, drafting reports and candidate profiles for clients, managing and updating the CRM database, supporting interview coordination and tracking active processes, and conducting market research on target companies, organizational structures, and industry trends. The selection process involves an interview with the Managing Partner via Teams (30–45 min) where motivation, English proficiency, analytical skills, and industry fit will be evaluated.The remote portion of the program will last 12 months, from June 16, 2026, to December 15, 2026. Afterward, the intern must relocate to Santiago, Chile, from December 16, 2026, to June 15,
