ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of store business operations, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and executing headquarters' strategies on the ground.Manage daily store operations including staffing, merchandise, displays, inventory, customer service, and customer experience.Recruit, train, schedule, and conduct performance management for store staff, building an efficient team to support both sales and service.Act as the business owner of the store ? oversee foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, marketing campaigns, new product launches, brand standards, and maintain relationships with the mall and headquarters.QualificationsAssociate degree or above. Have basci English ability(not a must, prefer).Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience; 3C/mobile phone/consumer electronics industry preferred.Strong sales management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to manage people, inventory, profit, and customer experience simultaneously.Data-sensitive with basic business analysis capabilities, strong execution, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to adapt to retail shifts including weekends and holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
