What you will do

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups in Chile.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with C-level executives, introduce innovative technologies, and deliver solutions that transform patient care.

If you thrive on building strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals, this role is designed for you.

- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and general objectives, ensuring integration with the company’s Mako strategy

- Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets

- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals,



negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability

- Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools

- Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence

What you need

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment.

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients.

- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives.

- Demonstrated experience with Value Selling methodologies, focusing on value-based solutions and long-term customer impact.

- Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced Portuguese.

- Degree in Health-related Engineering (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering or equivalent).

Travel Percentage: 50%
