Este rol implica el manejo y la respuesta a incidentes de seguridad desde varios vectores, incluidas: herramientas de detección y respuesta empresariales y de protección de puntos finales, análisis de ataques, análisis de malware, análisis forense de redes, análisis forense informático y una amplia gama de habilidades en tecnologías LAN, sistemas operativos Windows y Linux e infraestructura de seguridad general.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

- Diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes.

Implementación de medidas preventivas.

- Supervisar la prestación del servicio en relación con los SLA y mantener registros de la información pertinente.

- Escalar los incidentes no resueltos y hacer un seguimiento hasta su resolución.

- Proporcionar recuperación del servicio, tras la resolución de incidentes.

- Documentar y cerrar los incidentes resueltos de acuerdo con los procedimientos acordados.

- Proponer mejoras e implementar mejores prácticas en los servicios.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

- Estudios profesionales deIngenieríaen Informática,Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afines.

- +8 años de experiencia en Ciberseguridad.

- Previa experiencia en roles operativos.

- Certificación/es vigentes en Palo Alto.

REQUISITOS DESEABLES





- Certificaciones vigentes en: CCNP Security/R&S;, Fortinet y/o CISSP.
