**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Shared Services Officer (Accounts Payable/Receivable)** to join our dynamic finance team. **This is a junior/entry-level role responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and various Accounts Receivable functions**.

As a key member of our Shared Services team, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate vendor accounts, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. **You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and ongoing use of our EPICOR ERP system**, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable, who is eager to learn and grow within a global organization.

**_This role will be based in Lima Perú or Santiago Chile (Hybrid role)_**

**Key Criteria**:





- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant in Accounts Payable or Receivable.
- Intermediate or advanced English level skills, able to communicate effectively.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Proficiency in accurate invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail, process-complaint and organizational skills.

**Desirable but not a must-have**:

- Experience with EPICOR or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes.
- Exposure to multi-regional operations.
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
