Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén está en búsqueda de personal para el área de recaudación, con reemplazo de licencia pre‑post natal desde abril a noviembre 2026.Propósito Del RolResponsable de apoyar la gestión de cobranzas y recaudación del colegio, contactando y orientando a apoderados morosos, así como asegurando la correcta recepción, registro y conciliación de pagos asociados a matrícula y otros conceptos, contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad financiera de la institución.Funciones ClavesContactar y atender apoderados morosos, entregando información sobre su situación de deuda y opciones de regularización gestionando la cartera asignada.Gestionar y registrar pagos realizados por distintas vías, asegurando la conciliación de ingresos.Apoyar los procesos de matrícula mediante la recepción de documentación y entrega de información financiera.Brindar atención directa a apoderados y público general respecto a pagos, talleres, becas, retiros y otros procesos del colegio.Mantener actualizados informes de gestión y reportes diarios sobre las acciones de cobranza y recaudación.RequisitosModalidad de trabajo presencial: la jornada laboral es de 42 horas semanales, con un rango horario de 7:45 a 17:30.Título Cualificado: Educación Superior Técnica en administración de empresas, contabilidad, Ingeniero en administración de empresas o equivalentes en área de administración.Conocimiento: Herramientas en tecnologías como Office, Google, ERP.Experiencia: al menos 3 años en gestión de cobranza y servicio al cliente.Compromiso con la SalvaguardaEs necesario señalar que nuestro colegio Pedro de Valdivia Peñalolén se compromete a salvar y promover el bienestar de los niños y jóvenes, y esperamos que todos sus trabajadores, voluntarios y terceros compartan este compromiso.
