Innovative Solutions Southern Cluster Leader The main goal of this position is to lead the Innovative Solutions organization in Chile accelerating J Med

Tech growth by elevating our value proposition for hospitals, health plans, and other NCSHs through innovation and digital transformation with our value-based solutions portfolio.

Responsible for positioning J Med

Tech Chile as the preferred partner for Surgical Care Pathway and Digital Transformation for hospitals and health plans by integrating best-in-class J capabilities and the healthcare ecosystem by:

- Continuously delivering on prioritized use cases for Surgery, Orthopedics, and Specialized Care
- Enabling Enterprise Agile Ways of Working to scale up our capability to develop, implement, and capture value from Innovative Solutions.

This position is also responsible for:

- Innovative Solutions pipeline in the cluster, accelerating Digital Transformation at J Med

Tech Brazil including creating digital capabilities and Agile ways of working across the Organization




- Leading a team of Digital experts to advance with innovative solutions that integrate best-in-class J Solutions/capabilities and the Ecosystem Offering, expecting to accelerate growth at key hospitals and health plans by pull-trough commercial agreements.
- Integrating with other cluster leaders to understand, leverage, and maximize off solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of business experience
- Expertise in Sales / Marketing - understanding and able to define business value
- Expertise in Digital/ innovative solutions in Healthcare
- Expertise in Agile Ways of Working
- Expertise in organizational change management
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong in building relationships internally & externally to develop and implement new solutions
- Strong in shaping and strategic thinking
- Previous experience in medical devices desirable
- Fluent in English.
