Applicants must be able to teach in Spanish immediately; if not a native Spanishspeaker,



the applicant must certify proficiency in Spanish.Research experience must be evidenced through participation in research projects and WoS-indexed publications that meet the productivity guidelines of the Chile’s National Accreditation Commission (CNA) – Earth Sciences Area Committee, doctoral level criteria.The selected candidate must join one of the existing research areas in the Department of Earth Sciences or propose a new area of research.
