The position is a fixed term 12‑months; existing NHS Lanarkshire staff may apply under secondment with prior line manager consent.In This Key Role, You WillAssess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients to ensure a high standard of care.Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and multidisciplinary team members to share information and meet patient needs.Apply national and local policies, legislation, procedures, PREP and other relevant guidelines.Work within and adhere to defined national policies, procedures, standards and protocols of the ward,
