What you will do:
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently.
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English and Spanish skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer support
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)



and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:
- Experience with Freshdesk
