Crewit Resourcing is expanding its Chilean operations as part of a global recruitment group delivering international talent solutions across Europe and beyond. We are seeking a performance driven Recruiter to deliver international engineering recruitment projects, managing candidates from first contact through to placement across integral markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to placement and onboarding
- Manage concurrent engineering recruitment campaigns across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
- Deliver against agreed timelines, quality standards, and hiring outcomes
- Proactively manage risk, delays, and candidate drop‑off through the recruitment lifecycle

Engineering Candidate Sourcing & Market Mapping

- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles
- Actively headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines in key engineering disciplines
- Conduct market mapping to identify niche skill sets and competitor talent

Client & Marketing Support

- Prepare professional candidate profiles for client submission
- Send shortlisted candidate profiles to clients in line with role requirements
- Collaborate with the Sales & marketing team to create candidate profiles and recruitment content

International Recruitment & Compliance

- Support international placements with aftercare support
- Coordinate with the in‑house mobility team where required
- Ensure all candidate records and documents are complete, compliant,



and well‑maintained

Offers, Negotiation & Onboarding

- Support and lead offer discussions, including salary alignment and start‑date coordination
- Manage counter‑offers and candidate concerns professionally
- Ensure smooth handover into onboarding and compliance processes
- Maintain candidate engagement post‑placement where required

What We’re Looking For

- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Performance‑driven and incentive‑motivated
- Full‑time availability with a proactive, accountable approach
- Recruitment experience (agency or in‑house), ideally in engineering, skilled trades, or international recruitment
