We are seeking for the best Sales Director to spearhead the commercial strategy and relationship management for one of our main costomer. This is a mission-critical role focused on expanding our business footprint through high-level engagement with the operator’s C- levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the CTIO, VP of Technology , and Network Planning Directorates , building long-term trust and strategic alignment. (Proven contacts)
- Mobile Network Strategy: Lead the positioning and sale of end-to-end wireless solutions, including 5G/6G deployments, Massive MIMO, Open RAN, and Cloud Core architectures.
- End-to-End RFP Management: Orchestrate complex bidding processes (Request for Proposals), coordinating with Pre-Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver winning technical and commercial offers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the client’s CAPEX/OPEX investment cycles to align our product roadmap with their specific network evolution needs.
- Value Proposition: Effectively articulate the business value of our technology in terms of energy efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO), and network performance.
Candidate Profile (Hunting Criteria)
- Proven Track Record:
10+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, specifically managing Tier 1 accounts or holding decision-making roles within major operators (ideally Entel ).
- C-Level Network: An existing, active network of contacts within the Network Engineering, Planning, and Operations departments in the Chilean market. (Mandatory)
- Technical Authority: Solid understanding of 3GPP standards (4G/5G) , radio spectrum management, and mobile transport architecture.
- Deal-Closing Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing multi-million dollar infrastructure contracts with long sales cycles.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (Mandatory) for global reporting and HQ coordination.
- Education: B.S. in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
