Overview

Jefe/a Técnico/a (part‑time, 22 hours per week) in the Medidas Cautelares MCA Concepción, Región del Bio‑Bío, FUNDACION CIUDAD DEL NIÑO. Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of interventions with adolescents and youth law‑offenders, coordinating case managers and interventionists, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to the intervention model, evaluation system and program technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee technical aspects of interventions with adolescents and youth offenders.
- Manage and supervise professional case managers and interventionists.
- Develop guidelines for intervention implementation following the specialized intervention model.
- Ensure compliance with set objectives and programmatic outcomes.
- Promote professional development of the intervention team, supporting direct‑contact professionals.

Professional Profile

Educational: Bachelor’s degree,



preferably in Social Work or Psychology.

Training: University degree, preferably with courses on young law‑offenders.

Experience: Minimum three years working in adolescent penal responsibility programs.

Compensation
