This role also involves team supervision and cross-functional collaboration.### Key Responsibilities* Manage **accounting, tax, payroll, and treasury operations*** Prepare and review **financial and management reports*** Ensure compliance with **local tax regulations and accounting standards (PCGA/IFRS)*** Oversee **monthly close processes and financial accuracy*** Manage relationships with **international clients*** Supervise and guide team members, including delegation and conflict resolution* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows* Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements### Requirements* Professional degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related fields*** **5+ years of experience** in accounting or finance roles* Intermediate level of **English (written and spoken)*** Strong knowledge of **local tax regulations and accounting standards (PCGA/IFRS)*** Experience with **Excel, accounting systems, payroll platforms, and tax portals (SII, PREVIRED, Labor Directorate)*** Experience in **financial reporting and analysis*** Leadership experience,
