We are seeking a Chef de Partie - Cuoco Capo Partita (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A‑ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.

Responsibilities

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for supervising the preparation of food items fulfilling the guests' orders,



guaranteeing the highest quality and the recipe and "mise en place" standards, demonstrating passion for service, punctuality and team working.

The Chef de Partie will develop and mentor the junior members (commis de cuisine and apprentices) and assure the guests receive a dreamy experience and the highest levels of service in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards.
- Responsible for the efficient and daily "mise en place" in order to maximise time versus productivity
- Overseeing the preparation of all courses in order to satisfy fully the guests' orders, assuring the highest quality
- Responsible for the setting up operations and dating all food containers, guaranteeing that all perishables are kept at correct conditions
- Synergical collaboration with the Breakfast Chef, the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
- Team building (developing and mentoring the commis de cuisine and apprentices)
