Job Description:
The Fulfillment Planner is a critical link between supply chain operations and customer satisfaction, responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently. Your role will involve end-to-end coordination of inventory, transportation, and logistics activities, from inbound shipments to final delivery to distributors.



The Fulfillment Planner works with internal and external partners including suppliers and logistics providers.

Main responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring order processing systems, resolving fulfillment issues, and maintaining accurate data across systems. You will also contribute to strategic planning for new business initiatives and looks for opportunities to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of deliveries from airports, ports, or from our warehouses to our Distributors.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions, updating and control of shipment information in our database that maintains our system.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate inventory physically and in our system, to guarantee compliance with company requirements.
