Responsibilities:
- Focus on New Product Introductions (NPI): Support the entire NPI process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Coordinate and Track: Oversee the flow of samples, orders, and documentation throughout the
- NPI lifecycle.
- Streamline Processes: Identify and implement improvements to optimize NPI efficiency and lead times.




- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address challenges.
- Validation Coordination: Support validation activities with internal and external teams.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date NPI documentation for future reference.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve NPI-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology
- driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with NPI processes and terminology a plus.
