Purpose & Key Activities- Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content- Streamline customer interface by acting as single Point Of Contact for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources- Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)- Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an idóneo customer experience through relevant content selection- Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise- Improve service provided along with design expertise- Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy





Capabilities & Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree required; science related preferred.- 3-5 years of previous pharma sales experience preferred with demonstrated results.- Goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to be in a customer facing consultative role; have core skills of customer service orientation, initiative, planning and follow up, work management, and judgment/problem solving- Demonstrated digital acumen- Local health care system proficiency- Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to analyze and draw relevant conclusions using available data and information- Demonstrates change agility; accountability; takes/seeks feedback; the ability to be connected to others; collaboration with cross-functional internal teams- Market place and business acumen, stakeholder management; and understanding the business priorities- The ability to develop strong professional relations
