- In this position you will be responsible for the guidelines set by the Head of HSEQ, the execution of the business lines and the HSEQ-TS board in all aspects related to health, safety and environment to deliver the highest quality globally in cooperation with FLSmidth standards for HSEQ-TS.Responsibilities:
- Ensure fulfillment of client's requirement and local legislation.-
- Support HSE workforce planning, logistic, training, certificates/documents needs locally in corporation with Client and own project manager-
- Support Project/Service leaders with HSEQ documentation, HSE Plans, RAMS, Emergency plans, campus and security advisee etc.-
- Maintain local audit, emergency drills,



safety training, safety walk, inspection, controls and other on-site activities to ensure compliance to procedure/standards, wished behavior and safety standard.-
- Preform analysis of hazard risk, incident/near miss investigation, promote safety observations culture to mitigate preventive risk-
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of master data-
- Focus on contractor management, approve HSEQ sub-contractor used by FLSmidth and other sub-contractor having impact of HSE performanceWhat you bring- Technical/engineering experience as HSEQ manager combined with a leadership diploma- Experience in similar positions in large international companies (mining, wind energy, oil & gas, construction)- Min. 5-10 years/training - preferably having worked as a regional HSEQ team leader- Knowledge and understanding of local and international legislation.- Knowledge of ISOS standards such as ISO 9001,
