ABOUT THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of API and cross-platform UX developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Architect and guide the development of scalable, secure, and reliable API solutions.
- Oversee and aid in the migration of legacy platforms to newer scalable architectures ensuring good design.
- Collaborate closely with architects,



and cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements.
- Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, deployment pipelines, and production support as needed.
- Drive the adoption of architectural patterns like microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design.
- Ensure compliance with data security, API governance, and documentation standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) - required for cross-regional team collaboration.
- 10+ years of experience in API and Web development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong understanding of cross-platform mobile and web technology development.
- Hands-on expertise in modern API frameworks (.net Core as an example).
- High level understanding of scalable software arch
