Your role and responsibilities
As a member of the Create Awareness Licensing Agile Team for the Panel Builder Licensing Program, the Market Developer will define and implement marketing and sales strategies aimed at developing Low Voltage Products & Solutions in various markets, segments, and other strategic areas defined by the Distribution & Energy Management Agile Unit. This role will leverage the Main Distribution Board product offering and explore partnership opportunities.

The Create Awareness Licensing Agile Team is responsible for launching and promoting the entire IEC solutions portfolio from Distribution & Energy Management.



This includes developing strategic partnerships with customers—particularly Panel Builders—and gathering valuable market insights.

The working environment is primarily Agile Scrum, focusing on delivering licensing programs and monitoring business performance through licenses to develop IEC Low Voltage Distribution and MCC (Motor Control Center) solutions.

The Market Developer will be responsible for acquiring new licenses as part of business development and reviewing business performance to enhance project hit rates through close collaboration with relevant local and integral stakeholders.
