What you will do at Topsort
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to showcase Topsort's capabilities.
- Understand clients' technical requirements and design tailored solutions using Topsort's APIs and platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
- Assist in developing sales materials, technical documentation, and training resources.
- Guide customers through the integration process, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
