The position will be responsible for all BD support activity for the given area of responsibility within a local
office or business grouping, including responsive CRM Dynamics support, process adherence, generating
required BD reports, coordinating BD meetings, including Lead Review Meetings and Prospect Review
meetings, and general administrative duties.
The position requires a high level of individual initiative, good knowledge of the functional processes and the
ability to prioritise multiple conflicting tasks and from numerous sources within, and external to, the S&D;
function.
- Assisting the BU SVP/VP BD and/or BD Manager to ensure process adherence to SD Procedures and
Corporate Governance requirements
- Arrange and host Lead Review Meetings and ensure notes and actions are circulated in a clear and
timely way
- Provide BD reports, information and analysis for area of responsibility as required by the BU, including
dashboards/ this may include sales funnel reports, TOPPs and Key opportunities, wins and losses,
work to win analysis, competitor analysis and market research




- Microsoft CRM Dynamics administration for the BU which may include booking won opportunities,
adding customers and competitors, providing superuser support (generating dashboards, scheduling
reports), training new users in the system, monitoring the accuracy of data held in Microsoft CRM
Dynamics and making corrections on behalf of the BU. Individual may formally act as an Application
Administrator for CRM, with additional responsibilities
- Coordinating win plan reviews as required by the BU
- Participate in and support win plans and account plan development and reviews relevant to the BU
- Support the business with Supplier Registration coordination - making updates, ensuring that all
Wood services are fully represented and working with counterparts in other businesses to ensure
alignment
