What you will do:
- This role will act as first point of contact for mining Bodies and buckets (B&B;) in the region. Addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B; engineering, Quality and value chain team. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.




- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
- Processing results from analysis of technical data
- Understand product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.
- Support quality initiatives at regional B&B; suppliers.
- Monitoring and managing all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Developing new markets, new channels and new lines of business in consultation with team.
- Monitoring market share, revenue, cost and inventory. Monitors and communicates factors which will positively impact profitability.
- Provided feedback on aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables.
