Role Overview
The Account Executive, LATAM will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships across the LATAM region. You will own your own accounts, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and be responsible for developing long-term partnerships in your region. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions to client challenges, and consistently achieve sales targets.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong market knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the LATAM region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, brokers and exchanges.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from Beeks' product offering
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Beeks' regional growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Represent Beeks at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategic direction.
- Regular collaboration with the Glasgow HQ Technical Teams including our 24/7 Network Operation Centre (NOC)
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within financial tech, cloud services, financial infrastructure, or related industries.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong network and established relationships within financial services
- Deep understanding of the LATAM financial markets landscape and regional business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a general sales team.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
