Reporting to General Manager Latam, his main responsibilities will be:
- Lead the maintenance and technical support areas;
- Being responsible for the P&L; versus budget, driving continuous cost-efficiency initiatives and providing regular reporting to the region, including identified risks and opportunities;
- Contribute to business development efforts by anticipating growth, optimizing operational footprint, ensuring adoption of group tools and processes, and partnering closely with HR to execute hiring plans;
- Being responsible of the operations and contract management;
- Maintain clear and effective communication, as needed, with key external stakeholders such as authorities, industry experts, insurers, and other relevant parties;
- Promote and uphold the highest safety and quality standards throughout the department, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring teams have the appropriate tools, training, and procedures to perform their work safely and effectively.
