We work at the intersection of hardware, software, payments, and access control, supporting some of the highest‐profile venues and infrastructure projects across the globe.The OpportunitySKIDATA is seeking a driven, hands‐on Project Manager to support projects in Chile and across the region.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast‐paced environments and enjoys leading complex, customer‐facing implementations from planning through delivery.
You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, following PMBOK best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end project delivery for SKIDATA solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetApply PMBOK / PMI methodologies to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and resourcesCoordinate with customers and internal stakeholders including Field Service, Installation, Software Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and third‐party vendorsCommunicate project status, risks, and critical path clearly to technical teams, customers, and executive leadershipEstablish and manage realistic project schedules in dynamic environmentsLearn and support access control, parking, and related system implementations,



acting as implementation lead when requiredWrite and manage Scopes of Work (SOWs) for contractors (general, electrical, communications)Oversee project documentation, reporting, and change managementQualifications & ExperienceEngineering degree required; PMI / PMO certification strongly preferred10+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology, infrastructure, access control, or parking environmentsHands‐on experience with on‐site software and hardware implementationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management toolsExperience with configuration management, change management, and test planningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer‐facing and relationship‐building abilities at all organizational levelsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong problem‐solving, negotiation, and decision‐making skillsHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in changing environmentsProactive mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityLanguagesFluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)Personal AttributesSelf‐motivated and highly accountableTeam‐oriented with strong collaboration skillsWillingness to travel extensivelyHigh integrity, professionalism, and adaptabilityWhy Join SKIDATA?
