**EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategical, entrepreneurial, and sales driven Marketing Coordinator taking the program to the next level!**
- The **Academic Marketing Coordinator** will play a vital role in EF Chile's commercial department. Based in the **Santiago** office and reporting directly to the **Marketing Manager**, the **Academic Marketing Coordinator** will primarily focus on business development with schools and universities. The main objective of this role is to establish partnerships with the top schools in each city, generate business opportunities, and ensure that the company receives high-quality leads for conversion.

**Your main responsibilities are**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and research schools and universities with a need to enhance their language education offerings.
- Develop a strategic plan to approach and establish partnerships with these educational institutions.
- Visit schools and universities to present our language courses and academic programs, negotiate terms, and generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, academic staff, and decision-makers within educational institutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing collaboration and address any concerns or questions.

**Event Coordination & Public Speaking**:

- Attend educational fairs, exhibitions, and relevant events to promote our language courses and academic programs.
- Deliver compelling presentations to students and academic personnel, showcasing the benefits of studying abroad with EF Education First.
- Engage with prospective students, answer their inquiries, and motivate them to consider taking a language course abroad.




- Collaborate with the **Marketing Manager/Country Product Managers** to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional merchandise for events.

**Public Relations**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in schools and universities.

**Lead Generation & Management**:

- Work closely with the **Marketing Manager/Country Product Managers** and the sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
- Collaborate on lead generation campaigns targeting schools and universities.
- Monitor and analyze lead quality, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure that the leads generated align with the company's target audience and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education sector.
- Intermediate English proficiency (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with academic personnel.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to engage and inspire students during events.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time and resources effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.




- Willingness to travel frequently to schools, universities, and events.
