Learning Experience Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Learning Experience Specialist to join our People Experience team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing onboarding operational tasks and managing learning platforms to ensure a smooth integration process for new team members while supporting their continuous development journey.

What You'll Do:

- Manage end-to-end learning processes.
- Update databases.
- Handle push notifications and reminders.
- Execute onboarding operational tasks.
- Host welcome calls.
- Provide ongoing support for new joiners.
- Oversee Udemy platform management and coordinate language programs.
- Support LearningX initiatives and respond to special requests.




- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance learning programs.

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years working in HR.
- 1+ years working in learning or talent development.
- Experience in people-facing positions.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration/Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced level of English.
