**Job summary/Role description**
- The Subcontracts Administration Junior Engineer supports the subcontract administration department with labor certifications for the activities of the subcontractors.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To assist the Subcontract engineers in the verification of extra works.
- To follow the accountancy of works.
- To check that the labour certifications prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses, with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors.




- To support in any other activity delegated by subcontractor manager or supervisors

**Person Specification**

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent

**Experience**
- Experience using Microsoft Windows office package
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft excel
- Relevant experience in construction/modernisation of industrial/Petrochemical sector/EPC projects large plants;
- At least 2 years of experience in the specific discipline.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent IT and analytical skills;
- Excellent communications, team-oriented and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to details;
- Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
