- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced English - able to maintain fluent oral and written conversations (some employees and managers speak only English).
- Advanced knowledge of and familiarity with local labor laws.
- Willingness to travel
- Mandarin language skills desirable
- Minimum 3 years experience in:

- Human Resources Administration
- Industrial relations
- Compensation and Benefits
- Organizational Development and Organizational Psychology
- Regulatory Compliance - Employment Law
- Conflict Management and Discipline Techniques
- Talent Management
- Living close to the workplace
