**Jefe de Terreno - Producción**:
**Objetivo del cargo**:

- Planificar, dirigir y controlar la ejecución de la obra en terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad, seguridad y productividad, coordinando recursos y anticipando desviaciones del proyecto.

**¿Qué harás en este rol?**:

- Planificar el trabajo diario y semanal en obra.
- Supervisar la ejecución en terreno, asegurando calidad y seguridad.
- Coordinar equipos, materiales y subcontratos.
- Controlar el avance físico y la productividad de la obra.
- Gestionar desviaciones y proponer soluciones.
- Coordinar con áreas principal: Oficina Técnica, Calidad, Prevención y Logística.




- Reportar avances y resultados con información clara y trazable.
- Asegurar cumplimiento ambiental y buena relación con el entorno.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Cumplir el Programa de Producción y la Ruta Crítica.
- Liderar equipos en terreno con foco en resultados y orden operativo.
- Detener trabajos ante riesgos críticos.
- Controlar subcontratos y su desempeño.
- Mantener registros y respaldos para control y auditoría.
- Apoyar la gestión contractual (cambios, adicionales, reclamos).

**Lo que buscamos**:
**Formación**:

- Ingeniero Civil o Constructor Civil.

**Experiência**:

- 8 a 10 años en obras civiles.
- Experiência liderando equipos en terreno en proyectos complejos.

**Conocimientos**:

- Planificación de obra (MS Project o Primavera).
- Control de avances y productividad.
- Lectura de planos y control técnico.
- Manejo de Excel y sistemas de control de obra.

**Deseable**:

- Conocimientos en seguridad (SST), calidad y metodologías Lean.

**Competencias clave**:

- Liderazgo en terreno.
- Organización y planificación.
- Toma de decisiones bajo presión.
- Enfoque en seguridad y resultados.
