**About the role**

Promote the commercial products approved by the company, managing the need for demand, through strategic marketing commercial processes, aligned to all commercial areas of the company for the entire territory.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Responsible for developing, building and strengthening long term relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Liaison with nurses and physicians.
- Develops and executes an action plan for each client.
- Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.)



to resolve customer requests.

**What we are Looking for in You**

Required qualifications:

- Relevant experience of more than 5 years in healthcare, commercial or similar function or area.
- Knowledge of surgical wards and their relationship with nurses and physicians, clinical team and permanent health entities.
- Understanding of urology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision.
- Position responsible for the Chilean territory.
- Interest in market analysis, sales, marketing.

Preferred qualifications:

- English (advanced level) spoken and written.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- This position requires 40% to 60% travel.
- Use of data platforms, excel, and other CRM's.
